I built the system I’m running this job search on.
It pulls open roles from Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever twice a day and scores each posting against a profile of things I have actually done. Then it writes a tailored resume where every line has to cite one of them.
It cannot invent experience. Nothing reaches the page without a source behind it, which is the whole reason I built it that way.
